The Welsh inter regional championships (West, South, East, North Wales) will take place on the weekend - Saturday 12th July 2025.
Age Groups: U15, U17, U20/Seniors
Venue: Carmarthen Leisure Centre Athletics Track, Johnstown

U15B - 200, 300, 1500, 3000m, 80H, 4x300, HJ, TJ, PV, JT, SP, DT
U15G - 200, 300, 1500, 3000, 75H, 4x300, HJ, TJ, PV, JT, SP, DT
U17M - 200, 400, 1500, 3000, 100H, 4x400, HJ, TJ, PV, JT, SP, DT
U17W - 200, 300, 1500, 3000, 80H, 4x300, HJ, TJ, PV, JT, SP, DT
SM/U20M - 200, 400, 1500, 3000, 110H, 4x400, 4xMEDLEY RELAY, HJ, TJ, PV, JT, SP, DT
SW/U20W - 200, 400, 1500, 3000, 100H, 4x400, 4xMEDLEY RELAY, HJ, TJ, PV, JT, SP, DT
West Wales athletes must have one of the following qualifications:
A: - Birth; the athlete having been born in West Wales (Dyfed or West Glamorgan).
B: - Residence; a minimum of 9 months continuous residence in West Wales immediately prior to this event.
West Wales athletes should report to the team managers no later than 1 hour before their first event to collect numbers and warm up.
Any athletes without a West Wales vest can purchase one for £25.00 cash only, variety of sizes available.
