The Welsh Athletics Junior Indoor Open (incorporating 200m, 300m, 400m & Walk West Wales Regional Championships) will be held at the National Indoor Athletics Centre, Cardiff.
DAY 1 - Sunday 7th December
- Athletes allowed max 3 events only
- Entry Costs: £9.00 for 1 event, £16.00 for 2 events, £21.00 for 3 events
- There will be a limit on entry numbers in field events. These will be capped at 40 athletes on a first-come first-served basis.
- West Wales medals will be awarded to the first three in each age group in the 200m, 300m, 400m and walk only. All other regional events are open/JGP (these championships are at Swansea in January)
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for West Wales medals athletes must be registered to their club & Welsh Athletics, in addition must have one of the following qualifications:
A: - BIRTH; the athlete having been born in West Wales (Dyfed or West Glamorgan).
B: - RESIDENCE; a minimum of 9 months continuous residence in West Wales immediately prior to this event.
Closing Date for entries is THURSDAY 27TH NOVEMBER AT 23:59.
