Steve Perks, coach and Chair of Welsh Athletics was awarded an MBE in the Kings Honours List for his services to Athletics.
James Williams, Welsh Athletics CEO shared:
"It was great to hear of Steve’s inclusion in the Kings Honours List – I have seen first hand his passion and commitment to the sport of Athletics – be it as a coach, a volunteer or as Chair of Welsh Athletics. Our sport would not exist without volunteers like Steve, who dedicate so many hours to supporting others to succeed – his MBE is testament to this."
