The 121st Welsh Athletics Cross Country Championships takes place at Llandaff Fields, Cardiff on Saturday 24th January.
The event will incorporate an Urdd Gobaith Cymru Primary Schools for years 3 to 6 (U11) as well as races for athletes of all ages and abilities.
Bydd Pencampwriaeth Traws Gwlad Athletau Cymru yn mynd i Gaeau Llandaff, Caerdydd ar Ddydd Sadwrn 24ain Ionawr.
Yn cael ei chynnal am y 120fed tro, bydd y cystadleuaeth yn cynnwys rasys Urdd Gobaith Cymru i blant cynradd blynyddoedd 3 i 6 ac athletwyr o bob oedran a gallu.
The Welsh Athletics Cross Country Championships have been held at Singleton Park in Swansea, Penlan Arena in Brecon and Pembrey Country Park in recent years.

Closing Date for the 2025 Welsh Athletics Cross Country Championships will be on Thursday 15th January (11:59pm - auto close).
Entries can be made by via clubs, normally by Team Managers or by individuals themselves.
