Carmarthen Harriers juniors and seniors have been out on the road competing at various competitions, from local track and field grassroots events to national and international fixtures in England.

SIAB Schools Track & Field International 2025 - Moorways Stadium, Derby (Saturday 19th July)
The Welsh Schools team travelled North to Derby on Saturday 19th July for this year’s edition of the Schools’ International Athletic Board’s U17 Track & Field International.

Poppit Sands 5K Summer Series - Poppit Sands (Tuesday 15th and 29th July)
The first and second of three Poppit Sands 5K took place on Tuesday 15th and 29th July respectively.
In the 5K, Alex Ladd, Lee Ladd, Tom Bridger, Steffan Bridger and Joshua Barnett have taken part. In the junior races, Llew Vaughan, Lydia Ladd and Erica Broome have also attended.
British Milers Club Endurance Races - Ron Jones Stadium, Aberdare (Tuesday 22nd July)
Ron Jones Stadium in Aberdare hosted British Milers Club 800m, 1500m, Steeplechase and walks graded races on Tuesday 22nd July.

Llanwrda to Caio 7.5 mile race - Llanwrda (Friday 25th July)
Elizabeth Tremlett, Steffan Davies and Huw Davies were participating in the Llanwrda to Caio 7.5 mile race in the north of the county on Friday 25th July near Llanwrda.
Welsh Athletics and Welsh Schools Outdoor Combined Events Championships - Swansea University Athletics Track (Saturday 26th July)
The outdoor combined events championships returned for the first time in a number of years to Swansea University Track on Saturday 26th July.

England Athletics U20 & Senior Championships - Alexander Stadium, Birmingham (Saturday 26th - Sunday 27th July)
Over three-days of competition at the England Athletics U20 & Senior Championships in Birmingham, Iwan Thomas set a new personal best of 9:19.27 in the under 20 3000m steeplechase.
The following day, there was a fifth place finish for Lili Church in the senior women high jump with 1.65m
North Wales Junior Open Meeting - Treborth Track, Bangor (Sunday 27th July)
Open events were incorporated into the North Wales Junior League at Bangor. Cerys Fitzpatrick in the 2000m Walk set a new under 15 Welsh record with 11:25.04.
Gwen Fitzpatrick also achieved a new personal best, this time in the 800m Walk (4:50.17).
Yeovil Olympiads AC Evening Open Meeting - Yeovil (Thursday 29th May)
Yeovil Olympiads AC Evening Meet was back on the final Thursday night of July down in Somerset.

West Wales' division third fixture of the season was hosted by TROTS at Carmarthen Athletics Track on Saturday.
Fifty Carmarthen Harriers members in the under 11, under 13 and under 15 age group took advantage of competing on the club's home track.
