The third event in the 2025 / 2026 John H Collins Gwent Cross Country League will be held on the weekend of Saturday 6th December.
It will take place this time at Blaise Castle in Bristol for under 11, under 13, under 15, under 17/20, seniors and masters categories.
Previous events have been staged at Margam Park and Llandaff Fields Cardiff in October and November.
Carmarthen Harriers athletes can sign up by completing the online form that has been posted on the various training groups, or speak to the coaches at the track on Tuesday and Thursday.
