Welsh Athletics launched this year’s Regional Development Programme 2022/2023 on Saturday 8th October and Sunday 9th October for U15-U20 age groups across the four regions in Wales.
The first two of West Wales' six regional days this season was held at Carmarthen Athletics Track (Disciplines - Endurance, Speed, Jumps & Throws) & Cwrt Herbert Neath (Throws - Hammer).
The programme is driven by the National Talent Development Coordinators and delivered by Regional Coordinators in each event group.
