Across several locations in West Wales (Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot) special Christmas parkrun events will be held over the festive period.
All over the country, parkrun organise free, weekly, 5K and 2K timed runs and they are open to everyone, free and are safe and easy to take part in.
These events take place in pleasant parkland surroundings and people of all abilities are encouraged to take part; from those taking their first steps in junior age groups to those with more senior experience.
