St Clears 10 Miler - St Clears (Friday 4th July)
In West Wales on Friday evening 4th July, Joshua Barnett finished fourth overall at the St Clears 10 miler. He was the 1st junior male home with a time of 1:05:51.
Welsh Schools & Colleges National Track & Field Championships - Ron Jones Stadium, Aberdare (Saturday 5th July)
The first week of July - 5th and 9th - saw members representing their secondary school and colleges at both Aberdare and Brecon respectively at two Welsh Schools events.
Activity Alliance National Junior Para Athletics Championships - Warwick (Sunday 6th July)
It was a successful weekend for F34 thrower Jac Sheehan at the Activity Alliance National Junior Para athletics championships. In Warwick on Sunday 6th July, he came away with two gold medals.
He threw a lifetime best of 23.38m in the seated discus, followed by 7.86m in the seated shot.
UK Youth Development League - Midland South/West - Swansea University Athletics Track (Sunday 6th July)
On the track, the final fixture of the UK Youth Development League - South/West Premier division was held at Swansea University Athletics Track for under 17 and under 20 athletes on Sunday 6th July.

Storm improved on her own under 20 and senior club record in the discus with a best of 47.96m, ranking her number 1 in the UK.
Brecon Carreg Porthcawl 10K - Porthcawl (Sunday 6th July)
Haf Thomas was sixth in the girls’ under 11 age group at the Porthcawl Future Challengers race (6:36). Over the 10K distance, Luke Owen clocked a time of 43:12.
Welsh Inter-Regional Track & Field Championships 2025 - Carmarthen Athletics Track (Saturday 12th July)
The 2025 edition of the Welsh Inter-Regional Track & Field Championships (West, South, East and North Wales) was hosted by the West Wales Region on Saturday 12th July.
Twenty-two Carmarthen Harriers members (U15, U17, U20 & Senior age groups) competed on their home track in Johnstown across several disciplines, including the 4 x 300m relays.

British Milers Club Watford Grand Prix - Watford (Saturday 12th July)
Iwan Thomas made the trip over to Watford on Saturday evening for the British Milers Club Grand Prix and was rewarded with a new personal best of 9:19.83 over the 3000m Steeplechase.
Ammanford 10K Road Race - Recreation Ground (Sunday 13th July)
The road running weekend continued back in Carmarthenshire with the annual Ammanford 10K.
Joshua Barnett recorded a time of 38:27 to place eleventh over the 10K distance.
Welsh Junior Mountain Running Championships 2025 - Caernarfon (Sunday 13th July)
In North Wales, Nansi Griffiths and Finley Bruce, Gethin Thomas and Toby Holmes went to Caernarfon to compete in the Welsh Junior Mountain Running Championships. On another warm day, the four produced great performances.
Nansi was the first under 17 female home (33:14), Finley was second in the under 20 male (28:03), Gethin Thomas third in the under 15 boys (24:04) and Toby fifth in the under 17 male age group (36:02).
