The results of Brianne Secondary Schools Cross Country Championships held on Monday 30th January 2012 can be found on our results page. The first ten go through to the Dyfed Secondary Schools Champs at Dinefwr Park Llandeilo on Tuesday 7th February 2012 (first event at 11am). Dinefwr Park is the venue of the 2013 UK schools cross country international. |

On Sunday 29th January 2012 the Welsh indoor 3000m championships was held at the Welsh national indoor athletics centre in Cardiff. Carmarthen Harrier Wynne Evans won the senior event with a time of 8.33.77 and fellow club mate Ronan Llyr finished third in the under 20 event with a time of 9.47.56. Well done to them |

The third Gwent Cross Country League match is at the Penlan Athletics Track at Brecon on Saturday 11th February 2012. The Harriers bus will leave outside Peacocks in Lammas Street Carmarthen at 9.00am and will pick up at Coop Cross Hands at 9.15am and Llandeilo Primary School at 9.35am. The Bus fare is £6 and the competition fee £1
Team Managers are - Hedydd Davies 01267 290 249 and Sarah Heckler 01267 241412. Please if possible travel on the team coach.
The Welsh cross country championships is at St Fagans Cardiff on Saturday 18th February 2012 and the fourth and final Gwent Cross Country League is at Bristol on Saturday 3rd March 2012
