We are available on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and NEW from September onwards is a YouTube channel where event highlights and videos are posted from out and about at competitions; four platforms of keeping updated with the club, Dyfed, West Wales and Welsh Athletics Regular News, Fixtures, Results, Highlights, Live Event Updates and More...
